Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO to pick cases from multi-level racks and prepare orders for shipment. You will operate pallet jacks/forklifts, wrap pallets, and ensure accuracy and safety throughout the process.

The role runs Sunday to Thursday with a 3 PM start; shifts average 8–10 hours. Training is provided, and benefits begin Day 1, with opportunities for growth within the Performance Food Group family.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repetitively during shifts.
• Ability to lift 10-100 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments and pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Review schedule, prepare supplies, perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products according to order sheets.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
