Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring an Order Selector in Lithia Springs, GA to pick, stage, and move products using a Cherry Picker and Reach Truck. The role requires standing for long periods and working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with starting pay at $17/hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Location is Lithia Springs, GA.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working quickly.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, able to work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting products and orders according to pick tickets.
• Operate a Cherry Picker & Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse system for processing orders.
• Build stable pallets and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Verify quantities and item numbers; maintain product accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
