Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Selector to accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supports efficient operations, replenishment, transporting products, and general warehouse tasks as needed.

The position requires basic pallet jack operation experience, attention to detail, and solid math and customer service skills to ensure accurate orders and safe handling of goods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months electric pallet jack experience and/or experience using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Must be able to get NFI certified on electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and complete pre-operation inspection forms.
• Load and unload freight; move products to designated storage areas.
• Pick and assemble customer orders for shipment; verify accuracy.
• Process orders including packing, wrapping, and shipment confirmations.
• Conduct counts and participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
