Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support local communities by efficiently picking orders and organizing stock in a refrigerated facility.

The role involves picking with sheets or headsets, stacking on pallets, labeling, and ensuring safe wrapping while maintaining accuracy and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 1–60+ lbs, and walk up to 12 miles daily
• Willingness to operate equipment safely and work in a refrigerated environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $24/hour during training, increasing to $25/hour plus incentives, with average earners making $30/hour
