Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a warehouse associate in New York. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with $25.00 after 6 months and $27.00 after 12 months. Weekly pay and benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with match.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold conditions, including freezer areas, and be flexible for all shifts in a 24/7 operation. Experience with electric pallet jacks is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

• Candidate MUST be able to lift 50lbs frequently and consistently throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working ANY shift – due to our 24/7operation.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
