Job summary

Gordon Food Service (Brighton Distribution Center) is hiring a Warehouse Selector. You will be on your feet for up to 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in a freezer environment. Training is provided, and no prior warehouse experience is required.

The schedule is Sunday–Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays off, starting around 6:20 AM. The role offers growth via two pay raises in the first year and pay increases based on productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stand on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Work in a freezer environment and in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Receive training; no experience required.
• Shifts typically run Sunday through Thursday with Friday and Saturday off; start time around 6:20 AM.

Pay: Starting at $20.90/hour

You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in the freezer. No experience is required – we train you. Selecting is hard work, so we pay a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency. On average, selectors take home 122% of their base salary.
