Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Bloomington, IN is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and assemble orders, palletize, and wrap pallets for shipment. You will operate pallet jacks and other equipment in a fast-paced environment, working across cooler, freezer, and dry areas while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires following written and verbal instructions, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Competitive benefits are provided and weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is advantageous.

Role Overview

Responsible for completing customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping pallets for shipment. Operates powered industrial equipment and may work in dry, refrigerated, or freezer areas. Maintains a safe, clean work environment, inspects equipment, and reports product issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate, lift, and handle cases, boxes, and pallets of various grocery products.
• Use order sheets or audio headsets to fulfill orders accurately.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
• Ensure products are properly wrapped to prevent damage.
• Report damaged, low-stock, or quality issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working in multi-temperature areas (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements

Must frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and operate in varying temperature conditions. Must work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Able to handle moderate to high noise levels and work shifts of 8-10 hours.
