Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Bloomington, IN seeks an Order Selector to fulfill customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping pallets for delivery.

In this role you will locate items, operate pallet jacks and related equipment, and ensure pallets are safe and properly prepared for shipment. Weekend/overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in order selecting and operating warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and following instructions.
• Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive movements.

Job description

Role: Order Selector responsible for fulfilling customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping pallets for delivery.

Key Duties

• Locate, lift, and handle various products including dry groceries, frozen foods, dairy, produce, and meats.
• Operate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment through inspections and proper handling techniques.
• Report damages, quality issues, and stock shortages.
• Follow safety procedures and work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Work in multi-temperature areas including refrigerated and freezer compartments.
