Responsibilities include using headsets or sheets for picking, stacking on pallets, and ensuring precise orders while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and pallet handling preferred.
• Ability to lift 1–60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a Warehouse Selector to efficiently pick, gather, and organize products to prepare orders for delivery, supporting local communities and families.

Responsibilities Include

• Using order sheets or audio headsets to pick various items accurately
• Stacking products on pallets for wrapping and loading
• Ensuring order accuracy while following safety standards
• Operating equipment such as electric pallet jacks and double walkie-riders
• Applying proper wrapping techniques and inspecting equipment
• Performing safe lifting of products weighing 1-60 lbs or more
• Following material handling safety procedures

Key Attributes

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, pivot, and walk extensively, covering 6-12 miles daily
• Willingness to handle products with varying weights and heights
• Handling sharp objects safely

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
