Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production paperwork, and spec sheets.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment and basic hand tools.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Flexible, dependable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and stage materials from indoor and outdoor storage areas.
• Operate forklifts, bobcats, and front-end loaders to transport materials.
• Perform inventory transactions using MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Assist with waste management, including loading dump trucks and dumpsters.
• Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on material handling equipment.
• Load outbound trucks, flatbed trailers, and containers with finished products securely.
• Band, wrap, and label pallets, recording data in the tracking system.
• Use electric floor lifts and forklifts to move products between workstations and staging areas.
• Perform manual lifting and team lifting for heavy materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including sweeping and cleaning workstations.
• Assist with snow removal, yard grading, and filling potholes as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage and equipment safety checks.
