Job summary

OBE is seeking a Warehouse Staff member in the United States to pick, pack, and prep customer orders in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

You will lift up to 40 pounds, maintain clean work areas, and participate in periodic inventory. High school diploma preferred; prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting or order pulling is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with teammates and supervisors effectively.
• High school diploma preferred; basic reading and math skills required.
• Basic computer skills are a plus for data entry and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Physically pulls and packs orders to quality standards.
• Verifies accuracy against all orders.
• Marks boxes/pallets for route and stop designation.
• Reboxing of product and wrap pallets by hand for stability.
• Restocks and puts product away safely and carefully.
• Maintains cleanliness of all work areas and reports discrepancies.
