Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse associate to select cases and other containers for customer orders in a multi-level rack warehouse. You will move orders to the loading dock using an electric pallet jack or forklift, wrap and label pallets, and ensure timely shipment while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, maintaining productivity and accuracy, and using pallet jacks on multi-level racks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–100 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified during the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse systems.
• Move completed orders to loading dock staging area with electric pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label and ready shipments observing safety and quality standards.
• Work as a team member to maintain efficient flow of product through production process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
