Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment with hands-on order picking responsibilities.
• 1+ years of Forklift operating experience.
• Ability to accurately pick, move, and stage materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials (up to 50 lbs.) and remain on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders to meet daily production or shipping goals.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet shared goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
