The role involves picking, packing, verifying shipping information, preparing pallets, inventory support, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Candidates should lift up to 50 lbs, read instructions, and work independently to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, pick lists, and shipping labels.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products from shelves using pick lists, order sheets, or inventory systems.
Pack customer orders securely, with proper labeling.
Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipping information before shipping.
Prepare and stage pallets for shipping, including wrapping and labeling.
Assist with receiving shipments and organizing materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
