Warehouse Order Picker We’re hiring dependable Warehouse Order Pickers to join a busy distribution team in Norton, MA. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Pick automotive parts and products based on customer orders
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
• Use handheld scanners, carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, inspect, and put away inventory
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred
• RF scanner or handheld scanning experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to read labels, part numbers, and written instructions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train dependable candidates with warehouse experience.
