Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is hiring a Workbench Associate at our Bishop Lane branch in Louisville, KY. You will join a team focused on accuracy, fast order fulfillment, and safe warehouse operations.

Your daily tasks include picking items with an RF scanner, locating products on racks, updating inventory in our ERP, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. This role requires physical stamina and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Customer service mindset and strong communication are essential.
• Dependable attendance is required.
• Able to multitask and stay detail-focused in a fast-paced setting.
• Motivation to learn and grow in the role.
• Stamina to stand and walk during shifts.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes more, with or without accommodation.
• Able to bend, stoop and kneel as part of warehouse tasks.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities
