C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring for a 2nd shift Warehouse Selector / Pick and Pack Selector in Bethlehem, PA. You will pick and pack orders, use order sheets or an audio headset, and maintain strict accuracy while upholding safety standards.

The role offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and benefits from day one. Training is provided with wage progression to $21 per hour plus incentives as you complete training and performance goals.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers.

As an Pick and Pack Selector, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient selection of general merchandise products for shipment to our customers. Job Description

• 12:00pm START TIME /8 hours/Monday -Friday, plus overtime $20.50/hr. to start after successfully completing training $21/hr. +incentives based on productivity.
• Upon complteion of training pay will increase to $21.00 per plus incentive
• FULL TIME 2nd SHIFT
• Weekly pay
• Bethlehem, pa

You will contribute by:

• Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards
• Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
