Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Order Selector for its San Bernardino distribution center. The role involves selecting products from warehouse shelves according to orders, with a Monday-Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule and a pay rate of $22.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, auditing merchandise, palletizing, operating a pallet jack, replenishing pick areas, and ensuring accuracy of shipments. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and a strong team player is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to job duty and department changes as required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise.
• Check, verify and audit merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise for relocation within the DC.
• Operate electric pallet jack and other equipment to move/store merchandise.
• Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment screens or requests for needed merchandise.
• Fill orders by selecting/moving merchandise to fill orders.
• Load merchandise onto trailers and scan items prior to loading.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged and loaded to correct trailer.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Perform varied duties depending on department needs.
