Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Abilene, TX is seeking warehouse associates to pull and assemble customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely loading onto delivery trucks. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating pallet jacks, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday–Friday with standard shifts, and there are incentive programs including performance-based rewards and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
• Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push/pull equipment for 100+ yards.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders based on pick tickets to build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Build orders using load tickets with industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move product; ensure date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards.
• Meet productivity requirements and stage pallets.
