Job summary

Quantix SCS, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to help ensure the smooth operation of the distribution center. You will handle and process customer products with care, follow safety protocols, and support inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.

You will collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow, operate forklifts and other machinery safely, and maintain clean, labeled work areas while adhering to company values and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable on hiring.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping docs.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays/overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle products and materials following safety policies.
• Assist receiving, storage, and inventory management.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces with proper labeling.
• Follow SOPs for handling and packaging chemicals to avoid contamination.
• Report equipment issues and support safety/environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and hit targets.
