Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist IV for Mt. Juliet to manage loading/unloading of freight and support efficient warehouse operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely handling of cargo in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities include forklift duties, verifying cargo counts, and maintaining documentation while promoting excellent service to internal and external customers. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years related experience; industry experience preferred.
• Credentials: Forklift Driver Certification; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Manage cargo from incoming trucks by removing from truck by hand or by using manual equipment such as hand truck or pallet jack, or by using forklift.
• Verify and note the count and condition of cargo received; record receipts and attach proper documentation.
• Sort cargo received by account or location and store in proper location; label freight to destination.
• Perform forklift duties and learn to containerize basic loads.
• Monitor warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors and storing equipment.
