Job summary

Country Ace Hardware is seeking a driven Warehouse Operations team member to stay active, help keep operations moving, and support neighbors and the community. Training starts on day one, with emphasis on receiving, stocking, and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working indoors/outdoors in varying weather, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; extensive training provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming truck deliveries
• Move merchandise safely and efficiently from receiving areas to the sales floor, storage areas, and designated departments
• Process and organize freight, special orders, transfers, and other incoming merchandise with urgency and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, receiving area, and backroom
• Help maintain accurate inventory by ensuring merchandise is properly received, labeled, stored, and located
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and movement of large or oversized merchandise
• Safely operate approved warehouse equipment after proper training
• Communicate effectively with the team using a radio headset throughout your shift
