Tellworks Communications is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to operate a forklift and move packages within Des Moines-area facilities. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency in loading, unloading, and stocking operations.

The position requires 2–4 years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to stand, lift, and bend for an entire shift. Forklift experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load/unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers/containers.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery for repairs and perform basic maintenance.
• Keep inventory and activity logs up to date.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and orderly facility environment.
