Job summary

Millenniumsoft in Broken Bow, NE is seeking a Warehouse Operator for night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Responsibilities include unloading and loading trailers, verifying counts against packing lists and freight bills, inspecting for damage, and ensuring correct lot numbers and stocking locations. Basic data entry and efficient material handling are required to keep shipments moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as Electric pallet jacks and forklifts/high‑reach trucks.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and scanning systems.
• Familiarity with manifests and packing/shipping documentation.

• Safely moves trailers and ensures correct lot numbers and stocking locations.

Job description

• The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
• Unloads material from truck trailers, verifies count on packing list and freight bill. Verifies UPS/Federal Express shipments.
• Inspects for visual and concealed damage.
• Assigns Client lot number and stocking location.
• Delivers material to the correct location.
• Counts raw material per established cycle count program.
• Loads finished goods or raw material on truck trailers, verifies lot number, catalog number, and quantity are correct.
• Examines all product to ensure that quality product is shipped.
• Visually examines all labels and pallet tracers for shipment of correct product to the proper distribution center.
• Operates the shag tractor to pull outbound trailers from the dock and backs in trailers to be loaded or unloaded.
• Assist Sterilization Operators/Handlers in moving product to maintain a constant flow through the sterilization process.
• Practices Good Manufacturing Practices, keeps a clean work area.

Experience & Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience driving a sit down forklift.
• Candidates with CDL license are preferred.
• Steel Toed shoes are required

Education & Skills

• High School / GED is preferred, not required.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as: Electric pallet jacks Forklifts / high‑reach trucks (or ability to become certified)
• Basic computer skills (data entry, scanning systems, manifests)

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment to unload and load trailers, inspect for damage, and verify counts on both inbound and outbound loads.
• Safely operates forklift equipment and moves trailers in the lot and around the building with the Shag Truck.
