Responsibilities

• Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company procedures.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers regarding shipment status and documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve transportation or customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, and shipping documentation.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are packed, labeled, and shipped correctly.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation related to international shipments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

COMPENSATION

For this position, the expected base pay range is $24.80. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
