Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems in Mount Clemens, MI is seeking a Warehouse (Shipping & Receiving) associate to process and ship orders. You will sort, label, and inspect goods, maintaining inventory records and coordinating with suppliers and customers.

The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience, 1 year forklift driving, and strong computer skills; SAP experience is strongly preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with shift 2:00pm–10:30pm and a modest differential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years warehouse experience required.
• 1 year forklift driving experience is required.
• Strong computer skills and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and clear customers’ orders for shipments.
• Sort, arrange, and label goods in the warehouse.
• Receive and inspect all incoming and outgoing goods for the organization.
• Wear safety gear as needed in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales to ensure availability of goods.
• Maintain inventory records of goods movement in and out of the warehouse.
• Band and shrink wrap drums for shipments.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound materials and shipping paperwork.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound trucking logistics with security.
