Meyer Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Jasper, IN location. The role loads/unloads trucks, stocks inventory, pulls stock, and operates forklift/manlift to move products safely and efficiently.

The position offers a stable 5-day week with ~40 hours and an hourly rate of $16.50, with potential increases within the first year. Benefits include Medical with HSA, Vision, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to operate forklift and manlift (cherry picker).
• Must obtain forklift and manlift certification within 3 months.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Comfort with repeated bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and distribute products to the correct warehouse area.
• Use scanners to place parts in bins and pull orders.
• Stock parts on racks and maintain organized locations.
• Fill orders and prepare for shipping or pickup staging.
• Move products on pallets and wrap them for transport.
• Maintain inventory counts and keep work area clean.
• Wear protective toe shoes and follow safety procedures.
• Operate forklift and manlift as needed to move stock.
