Job summary

QXO is hiring a warehouse operator in Knoxville, TN. This role operates forklifts and other heavy equipment, loads, unloads, and moves materials, and works outdoors in all weather, following safety protocols.

You will verify orders, inspect and inventory, keep a clean environment, and wear PPE. Experience with forklifts preferred; must lift up to 100 lbs; Spanish is a plus; reliable transport and early shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
• Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting.
