Reece & Fortiline is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. The role focuses on accurate receiving, staging, stocking, and timely delivery of materials to support clean water and heating/cooling systems.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate a forklift and related equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position with safety and teamwork at its core.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material to maintain inventory.
• Verify loads for accurate customer deliveries.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and maintain inventory control.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.
