Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and spatial reasoning.
• Mechanically inclined and capable of operating a forklift and pallet jack.
• Previous warehousing experience and a willingness to learn multiple operations throughout the production processes.
• Dedication to high quality and safety standards and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic by arriving early and maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the warehouse area clean and organized.
• Receives incoming materials and inspects packaging for damage.
• Follows procedures related to incoming deliveries and reports damage.
• Records receipt of raw goods and data entry in the inventory system.
• Prepares product pallets for shipment and follows product protocols.
• Loads and unloads pallets using forklift safely.
• Provides materials to production to support continuous flow.
• Notifies management of low inventory levels.
• Reports non-conforming parts to management.
• Records data for quality purposes.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
