Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Warehouse Operator III in Hazleton, PA to lead daily warehouse operations, safely operate equipment, and uphold inventory accuracy. You’ll serve as SME for cycle counts and inventory systems while training teammates and helping reach KPI targets.

You will operate forklifts, conduct cycle counts, organize storage, and ensure safety, GMPs, and SOPs are followed, with opportunities to advance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading or training others preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Operator III, you’ll lead warehouse operations by safely operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting team performance. You’ll serve as a subject‑matter expert in cycle counts and inventory systems, while also training others and helping meet key performance goals. Your leadership and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.

Shift / Schedule

This role operates on the 1st shift, Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Onboarding Schedule

Structured 4–5 day onboarding program typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
