Job Summary:

The warehouse operator will be responsible for managing the movement of goods and materials within the warehouse. Their primary tasks typically include receiving shipments, processing orders, storing items in designated locations, preparing items for shipment, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining the warehouse's organization and cleanliness.

This role works from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and requires a moderate amount of overtime throughout the week and sometimes on Saturdays.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. The operator will be responsible for staging raw materials for mixing and forming.
  2. Controlling raw material released to ENG/R&D, and cycle count of inventory levels.
  3. They will also help manage inventory with our external warehouse partners.
  4. Controls release and return of raw materials.

Education & Experience:

Required:

  1. High School education or GED equivalent.
  2. 5 + years in warehouse operations.
  3. Standard lifting requirements up to 50lbs.
  4. Must be willing to operate a tow motor daily.
