Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring for a warehouse associate in Indianapolis, IN. The temp-to-hire role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with pay of $20 per hour. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining inventory with FIFO/lot control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/shipping roles.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with For-Hire Endorsement or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, store, pick, pack, and ship products.
• Process shipments, labels, documentation, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate inventory, FIFO, and lot control.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and local deliveries.
• Drive company box truck as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet customer needs.
