Job summary

NAMIC, a division of Medline, located in Glens Falls, NY, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure efficient order deliveries and accurate material handling. You will work with ERP systems and move products through the production and shipping workflow.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw material and supplies.
• Process material requisitions and slot materials.
• Stage raw material in production locations and room.
• Enter transactions into ERP accurately.
• Move finished goods to slot locations for QA release.
• Perform cycle counts of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain material handling equipment and perform routine checks.
• Operate hand trucks, carts, dollies, forklifts and order-pickers.

Process material requisitions. Slot material in storage locations.Stage raw material in production locations and in the production room.Ensure information, transactions, and adjustments are accurately entered into the ERP systems.Move finished goods from production floor to slot location until QA completes quality testing and releases products for shipping.Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods.Ability to performance general maintenance related to material handling equipment such as battery charging, battery exchange, battery maintenance (water, checklist, etc.) and general warehouse cleanup.Operate hand truck, cart, dollies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport stored items from line to appropriate location within the facility.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:Education:High School Diploma or equivalentCertification / Licensure:Forklift certifiedWork Experience:NoneKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:Ability to read, write, and speak English.Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$18.50 - $26.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
