Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in College Station, TX. You will load/unload, pick, sort, ship, and handle materials to ensure accurate orders and safe transport, while maintaining a clean, organized space.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and teamwork. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products is helpful.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Bilingual‑Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area, following safety policies and procedures.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
