Job summary

PL Developments, a leading manufacturer and distributor of OTC pharmaceutical products, is seeking a Warehouse Operator I at our Greer, SC site. You will perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily productivity targets and ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and flexible scheduling; Thursday-Sunday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with pay DOE. This on-site position offers benefits and growth opportunities within PLD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years warehouse experience.
• Experience operating a single, deep reach truck, counter-balanced forklift, and pallet jack preferred.
• Basic Math and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate handhelds per WMS to pick sales orders, work orders, and receiving.
• Complete shipping tasks such as replenishment and pallet loading.
• Perform receiving tasks including unloading, cycle counts, and putaways.
• Verify work accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Report any damage to product, racks, forklifts, or equipment.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow cGMP guidelines and SOPs/WIs.
• Operate forklift safely to retrieve or store material.
• Keep the work area clean and inspection-ready; perform other duties as assigned.
