Job summary

Coleto Brands is seeking a Warehouse Worker I for our Braselton DC on 1st Shift (7:00AM – 3:30PM). The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with responsibilities including picking, packing, receiving, and operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in warehouse work, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse operations.
• Certification in Powered Industrial Truck operation preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and receive items.
• Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials.
• Unload, sort, and palletize inbound product.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S.
• Perform daily cycle counting.
• Sort and build pallets; restock as needed.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
