Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Warehouse Order Picker in Howell, MI to pick orders for production work orders, receive raw materials, and ship finished products for distribution. You will read orders, verify items, and use RF trackers to transact inventory while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

SAP will be used to view inventory. The role requires English literacy, basic math, standing 8 hours daily, lifting up to 60 lbs, and bending/twisting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to Bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
• May need to work at off-site warehouse based on business needs.
• Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Certified on wave and order picker.

Job Description

• Open cartons with safety knife; grasp and pull part; knot poly bags; break down corrugate.
• Operate light machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, order picking machines) to efficiently pick orders and move materials within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Read orders and fulfill orders by using RF tracker for transactions while maintaining performance to standard based on Performance Management System (ProTrack).
• Use SAP system to view our inventory.
• Maintain clean/safe work area.

Salary

$17.25 - $25.00 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
