Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a warehouse associate in Fort Worth, TX. The role pays $18.65 per hour (including shift premium) with increases at 90 and 360 days based on performance. You will move totes, scan and sort, and help ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and prior warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed. ITAR compliance awareness is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pulls totes, packages or orders from conveyor or pallet and scans, sorts, and delivers orders to a holding area or next destination until all line items have been accounted for and consolidated.
• Operates pallet jack or other material handling equipment with in-house certification as required.
• Ensure quality, on-time delivery, and safety in daily warehouse activities.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in safety and continuous improvement efforts.
