Job summary

Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload, inspect, and organize shipments, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory control at our Indiana facility.

You will handle loading/unloading, maintain proper rotation, and prepare shipping documents while following safety protocols. Experience in warehousing and basic equipment operation is preferred to support efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Store products in designated locations with proper organization and rotation to minimize damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to guidelines and customer requirements.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels for outbound shipments.
• Inspect products for defects or discrepancies and report issues to supervisor.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Dispose of waste and maintain equipment in good condition.
