Qualifications

• Pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years of similar job experience preferred.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Basic math skills and comfort using a computer are required.
• Successful candidates will train in a registered apprenticeship program.
• Starting location for training is Moroe, transitioning to Monroe facility.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders.
• Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
• Package material to customer requirements.
• Operate a sit-down or side loader forklift to move material.
• Complete SAP work orders for shipping/receiving.
• Aim for maximum productivity in finished goods creation.
• Perform other duties as assigned or changed as needed.
