BakeMark in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, pick, and load orders with safety and accuracy. This role emphasizes reliable, detail-oriented performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, handle inventory, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse while meeting productivity goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including hand jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
• Safely operate material handling equipment for up to 95% of the workday.
• Select, prepare, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive inbound products and ensure accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Record and maintain inventory and operational data as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
