Job summary

Rogers Corporation in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate receiving, packing and shipping activities in our storage facilities. The role requires hands-on work, attention to safety, and the ability to operate forklifts and move materials as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education.
• <1 year previous warehouse experience.
• Willing and able to use tools, lift and move devices.
• Willing and able to become a licensed forklift operator.

• Receive and unload incoming material manually or with equipment.

• Perform shipping/receiving related transactions within computer software system.
• Assist with labeling paperwork necessary to ensure proper shipment of material.
• Assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with nonconforming material process and hold tags.
• Maintain safe work environment, keeping area clean.
• Utilize powered industrial trucks (PIT) (i.e. forklifts, motorized hand trucks).
• Other duties as assigned.
