Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in the United States is hiring a Warehouse Operator to move materials around the facility for shipping, processing, and receiving. You will unload, scan, move, stage, load, locate, pick, relocate and stack products to meet daily demands.

You will operate forklifts, hand trucks, order-pickers and walkies, maintaining a clean, safe work area and complying with safety policies. Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing up to six days weekly are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Basic keypunch skills
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week
  • Must have high sense of urgency
  • Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs

Responsibilities

Due to continued growth we are in need of a Warehouse Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Operator is an integral part of our team’s success. Our Warehouse Operators are responsible for operating machinery to move materials around a facility for shipping, processing and receiving. This might include unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product.

Preferred Qualifications:

The anticipated salary range for this position: $20.25 - $29.25 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
