The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently handling liquid and dry chemical products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout all warehouse and transfer operations. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, tankers, and railcars; operating forklifts and other industrial equipment; repackaging and labeling materials; and maintaining precise inventory records. No two days are the same; you will work with a variety of products, equipment, and processes in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail truly matters. This work is physical and requires attention to detail:
General Maintenance Ensure warehouse is clean, accessible and safe for all visitors and workers. When spills occur, responsible for immediate reporting and cleanup Protect property from theft or damage
Other duties as assigned, including mixing and blending as required
High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or US military experience. Candidates with prior experience in working with chemical operations (2+ years) may be considered if education or service requirements are not fully met. Possess or able to pass exam to obtain Forklift Operators certification and demonstrate ability to operate a forklift safely. Ability to read, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions in English and write simple correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure Ability to learn and operate technology-based devices such as smart phones, tablets, computers, PLCs, operational technology equipment, etc. to carry out normal business operations. Meet or exceed production requirements based on information and or equipment used in the course of work performance Wear safety equipment as prescribed by company Comply with placarding rules when loading or unloading trucks
