Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Northgate is hiring two Warehouse Operators to join our dynamic distribution team. You will perform order picking, operate pallet jacks and RF scanners, and help with loading/unloading containers while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• We require forklift ticket preferred and warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Excellent teamwork and reliable, safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pallet jack and forklift pre-operational checks.
• Perform RF scanning and pick pallets for customer orders.
• Ensure pallets are undamaged and properly built for shipment.
• Report hazards or incidents and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with loading/unloading containers and general cleaning duties.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for order picking, general warehouse duties, loading/unloading containers, and general cleaning duties. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.*Shift: Day-shift 6:00am - 2:30pm***Key Responsibilities:*** Operate a pallet jack/forklift, including pre-operational checks* Perform RF scanning and pick pallets for customer orders* Ensure pallets are free of damaged cartons and have a stable pallet build* Apply pallet flags to finished pallets* Meet carton per hour rate targets* Assist with container work, including hand loading and unloading* Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a safe and clean work environment* Report any safety or environmental hazards, incidents, or near misses**We're looking for someone with:*** Forklift ticket **preferred*** Warehouse experience **preferred*** Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg* Great attitude and a team player* Keen to learn and take on new challenges* Ability to work unsupervised**Why Join Us?**We believe in fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
