Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Minnesota to sort slabs, build customer orders, and operate a forklift and overhead crane in a climate-controlled environment.

You will conduct daily safety inspections, assist with cycle counts, organize materials, and ensure accurate scanning and documentation throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation.
• Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for samples and Cambria customers as needed.
• Operate a forklift and overhead crane throughout your shift.
• Sort slabs and store them in the correct locations by disposition.
• Complete daily safety inspections of forklift and crane.
• Participate in quarterly cycle counts.
• Organize and maintain overall appearance of the warehouse including raw materials, packages, and pallets to ensure timely, accurate and careful delivery.
• Move materials to and from staging areas, production areas, and delivery vehicles using a forklift.
• Sustain an understanding of the load staging process, A-frame and slab return process, load verification process and the load planner report.

Candidates may pick between a day or night shift schedule. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
