Job summary

SEKO Worldwide LLC in Elk Grove Village, IL, is seeking a forklift operator to support warehouse operations, unload materials, move stock to pallets, and help maintain a safe workplace.

Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment are required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred and forklift certification is a plus. Base salary is $18–$25 USD per year, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.
• Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures.
• Co‑operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. Proven experience as forklift operator Preferred: None

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $18 - $25 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
