Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operator to safely operate warehouse equipment and move products throughout the facility. Responsibilities include receiving, scanning, picking, staging, loading, and shipping, with an emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

The role requires the ability to read and understand production schedules, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and be flexible for overtime. Prior line experience is not required, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and be flexible for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Catalogues, records, and organizes materials received at the warehouse; arrange materials for order assembly.
• Fulfills worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions.
• Locates and gathers products for movement and distribution to production, assembly, or shipping areas.
• Assembles, builds, wraps, sorts, and transports customer orders.
• Operate forklift, order-picker, walkie, hand truck to move items; maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities

• Catalogues, records, and organizes materials received at the warehouse; Arrange materials for order assembly
• Fulfills worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
• Locates and gathers products for to move and distribute to production workers, assembly line, or to shipping areas
• Assembles, builds, wraps, sorts, and transports customer orders
• Operates hand truck, cart, doilies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport items
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position

$20.25 - $29.25 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
