Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced warehouse operative to join the Warehousing and Logistics team at Magna Park, Lutterworth. You will locate and pick items using pick lists, pack them securely for shipment, and assist with stock counts while upholding health and safety standards.

You’ll work flexible shifts from 6am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with MHE equipment are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience using MHE equipment preferred.
• Solid health and safety practices in a warehouse.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings or weekends.

• Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, with proper packaging and labeling.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
